Eigentlich sollten STONE SOUR (inkl. Corey Taylor und James Root von SLIPKNOT) heute Abend Berlin rocken, aber leider wurde die Show kurzfristig abgesagt. Über das Myspace-Portal der Band gab der Corey Taylor nun folgende Erklärung ab:
“The German tour has been one of the best tours of our lives and I wanted to apologize to each and every fan who bought a ticket for tonight’s Stone Sour show in Berlin! I’ve been ordered by the local doctor to not sing tonight and we therefore, had to cancel the show. As you guys know if I felt that I could do the show tonight I would! Berlin has some of the most loyal and intense Stone Sour fans in the world and we hate not being able to perform. We’re working as fast as we can to reschedule the show and information should be available within the next couple days. I started feeling sick yesterday and in an effort to feel healthy for the show in Berlin I stopped talking immediately after the show last night in Hamburg. I tried talking today and even made it through a brief MTV interview, but after I came back to the venue the doctor had one look at my throat and ordered me to rest, stop talking and to not sing.
I, as well as the rest of the band, apologize and look forward to seeing you soon!
